Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using FantaLove (the app or fantalove.com), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). By using FantaLove you represent that you are.
3. The service
FantaLove provides AI companion experiences. Companions are artificial intelligence — not humans — and their output is generated content, provided for companionship and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
5. Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases (including virtual currency) are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Virtual items have no monetary value and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — including processing your messages to generate responses and memory. See the Privacy Policy for how content is protected and deleted.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use FantaLove for anything illegal, don't attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, and follow the Community Guidelines.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
